The exquisite unsmoked version of the Lapsang Souchong, from Tongmu Pass in the Wuyi Mountains of China. Notes of red fruit and soft wood with hints of wildflower honey and a smooth, supple finish. Though light in character, it has a silky consistency and deepens in flavor over successive steepings.
