We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €65. We offer free shipping to the rest of the EU and European common market for orders above €125. We do not presently ship beyond the member states of the EU and European common market.

We will do our best to make sure that your order is shipped within one business day of our receiving it, though sometimes it may take us just a little longer. You will receive a track and trace link by email for every shipment, so that you can follow its progress.

Please keep in mind that we are a small shop. We do our best to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Within the Netherlands, that’s usually within 2-3 days, but on occasion it may take just a little longer. Shipping times to the rest of Europe will vary. Within two weeks of receiving an item, you can return it for a refund if it has not been opened, used or altered.

Please be aware that for teas, the packaging must be undamaged and unopened. We cannot accept returns of tea if the packaging has been manipulated, and we must inspect all returns for any signs of use or damage. Teaware must also be returned in the original packaging, undamaged, including all tags.

To arrange a return, please contact us through our contact form or by email, and we will forward a shipping label for you to send your return. Please include your order number and specify any item that you will be returning. We would also appreciate to know the reason for your return, though that is not obligatory.

There is no return shipping cost for you, and we will refund your money upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
